BlastMate Abrasive Pots
The BlastMate blastpots are available in the sizes 18, 40, 60, 100, 140 and 200 litres. All featuring the unique modular approach. This means that the CE approved vessels can be built or extended in accordance with the specific needs of the customer.
All models are remote controlled by means of a deadman handle. The remote control system together with the positive two line deadman handle result in a fast reaction time of the blastpot.
Due to the large piping and the separate main air valve with large orifice, the pressure drop over the system is reduced to an absolute minimum which results in an excellent performance. The separate decompression valve with a silencer secures a worker safe environment and problem free operation. Other standard features on all models are: pressure gauge, safety valve, system ball valve, and choke valve.
The BlastMate blastpots come in three different models which differ from each other by the abrasive metering system:
RC Model - Basic operating system EXC Model - Intermediate Range Unit
ECO Model - Using a series 2 Thompson Valve - Top of the range.
