MicroStrip Sodablast Pots

The MicroStrip machines are based on a direct pressure blast unit. It distinguishes itself in comparison to conventional blastpots by media metering through differential pressure.
By creating a pressure difference between tank- and blast pressure, the media flows through a small set orifice resulting in a very accurate metering up to a maximum of 500 grams per minute. The pneumatic ball vibrator at the hopper ensures a guaranteed flow of media. To control the dust during blast cleaning the nozzle can be executed with a watertip which mixes water in the air and media stream.

The standard models MM18, MM40 and MM60 have a contents of 18, 40 and 60 litres resulting in blast times of 20 to 70 minutes before refilling is required. Also bigger models of 100, 140 and 200 litres can be built for blast times up to 4 hours!

The machines can furthermore be extended with various options like pump units, flush functions, hour counters etc. It's also possible to combine the MicroStrip machine with an aftercooler to an 'all-in-one' Combination Unit. Depending on application, nozzle size, working pressure, compressor capacity etc. the right aftercooler is chosen to form this Combi Unit.

One step further are the SkidMate Units where MicroStrip machine, aftercooler, compressor and water tank are combined.

Benefits are:

Reduces the media consumption to an absolute minimum.
Guaranteed flow of even the finest media.
Lowest blast pressures possible (from 0.3 bar).
No shot of abrasive when starting up.
Immediate reaction of the machine when pressing the deadman handle.
Best machine for delicate cleaning and restoration work.
